What is the minimum engagement size?
Single-asset engagements from €3M (typically Mediterranean coastal). Most active range €5M–€30M. Trophy and portfolio engagements upwards from there.
Which golden visa programmes do you coordinate?
Spain, Portugal, Greece, UAE — currently the most active programmes for our family base. We work with vetted immigration counsel in each jurisdiction, alongside the property acquisition.
Do you sell on-market listings?
Rarely. The majority of our private engagements are off-market — branded residences pre-launch, ultra-prime homes never publicly listed. On-market engagements only where the family explicitly requests a market-comparable benchmark.
How is discretion enforced?
Mutual NDA before any asset specifics. Photography and viewings restricted. Vendor identity and family identity never exchanged without explicit consent. Same protocols as our institutional mandates, adapted for residential context.
